Yousef Ahmad, a pioneering Qatari artist, is known for his innovative approach to Arabic calligraphy and contemporary art.
With a BA from Helwan University and an MFA from the U.S., his work has been showcased globally, including in the Metropolitan and British Museums. Ahmad’s art evolved from traditional calligraphy to abstract forms, using palm tree leaves as his canvas. He also co-founded the Modern Art Museum in Doha and has been widely recognized for his contributions to Arabic art.
